I exist as a contact person (if you are not sure, you can try this method, if you do not exist as a contact person you will get a error)
- On the login page click ”Create account”
- Enter your email address. Your email is going to be your username on the Helpdesk account (if you are not a contact person you get error message).
- Finalize you registration by following the instructions on the email.
I do not exist as a contact person, but I have login info for the old Helpdesk.
- Log in to new Helpdesk using the old login information.
- Enter your email address and click ”Create account”. Your email is going to be your username on the Helpdesk account.
- Finalize you registration by following the instructions on the email.
None of the above suits me.
- Contact your supervisor and ask him to add you as a contact person in the DL Helpdesk portal.
